This started with a flash-forward and from then on I was hooked.

Cat and Neena could not be any more different. Cat is the picture perfect trophy wife, married to a successful man, living in a gorgeous community with a vacation house in Hawaii. She has no children, few responsibilites and lives a life of leisure that coincidentally Neena would, shall I say kill for.

Neena has worked hard to get what little she has. Her husband has not lived up to her expectations so she is willing to do whatever it takes to have the life she feels she deserves.

Neena lands a job working for Cat’s husband, William. And then, coincidentally, Neena and her husband move into the fixer upper right next door to Cat and William, things take a turn.

Neena become obsessed with things she cannot have like William and the life next door…

This was my first book I’ve read by A.R Torre and I actually listed to the audiobook. I really liked her story telling and getting to experience this thriller from both women’s point of view.

You know they’re both malicious, but which one is the actual killer… I really enjoyed the twists up until the very end.

I would give this book a 4.5! And am excited to read more from this author.
